This really isn’t a tutorial but I drew plans for a picnic table at 1/10 scale. You can download the PDFs & print them to a desktop printer and use them as templates to cut standard Midwest brand basswood strips. A X-Acto or Zona razor saw with a miter box is helpfull for cutting basswood but you can get by with a standard hobby knife with a saw blade. Any wood glue will work, Elmers, Titebond, CA (super glue). I like CA for a fast bond & titebond or Alein’s tacky glue when you want some time to square things up.
